waterdrop template

I'm looking for just a basic waterdrop template to use in powerpoint but the
only one i can find is in clip art. Is there anywhere i can find one?

What is wrong with inserting it into the Master Slide - that is what it is
for.

Thank you for all your help. My computer literate friend showed me where this
"master slide" is located. I just cant use computers
