Watermark?

How do I put a water mark on the page ? I have a large (page size)
graphic I would like to put as a "backdrop" to the page's regular
text.

I tried following the MS help... it directs you to put it in as a
header (or footer). When I do that, I just end up with a giant header
and no room on the page for text.

You have to set the wrapping on the graphic as Behind Text.
