Watermarks and AutoShapes

How do I change my AutoShape that has text in it so that I can see my watermark behind it? Right now, it is a big white rectangle blocking out whatever portion of the waterwark is behind it

Have you tried changing the FILL COLOR from "white" -- to NONE?
