I cannot seem to place a watermark on document. The water
mark should take up most of the page and then text will be
typed over it. The water mark will appear on the page but
I acannot get the text anywhere but where thw water mark
isn't.

Hi RSD,

You didn't mention the version of Word you're using.
In Word 2002 and 2003 you can use
Format=>Background=>Printed Watermark to create a
picture or text watermark that sits in the header/footer
layer (behind your text) on every page, or if you're
creating something in one page of a document you can
select it and set the wrapping to 'behind text'.
