Watermarks in Word 2007

One of our users is trying to insert a watermark. Firstly, when he clicks on
the Watermark button, the Watermark gallery does not display the graphics,
and then when he clicks on Custom Watermark > Text Watermark, the OK and
Apply buttons are grayed out.

Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

Try this: Exit Word, and then delete the Building Blocks.dotx file in the
user profile. Restart Word. Does that help?
