Watermarks on powerpoint presentations

Is it possible to have a watermark on a powerpoint
presentation as it is on a word doc. Do not have the
choice in background on ppt for watermark like in word.

Assistance greatly appreciated.

Place a semitransparent graphic or text on the master slide.
