How on earth do you put a watermark on a page in MSWord 97?

This is the most user UNFRIENDLY software I've seen.

You could start by looking in Help under "Create a watermark." Then see "HOW
TO: Create a Watermark in Microsoft Word 2000" at
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=211324, most of which will be applicable
to Word 97 as well.
