I am sending an e-mail and would like to have a .wav attachment start when

Depends upon the version of Outlook, I don't think 2007 will do this. But for

Hi, Thanks for the help/advice. Everything was going well until I clicked
on the sound icon and got a message "This object was created in
HTMLInlineSoundCtl. This application is not available to open this object.
Make sure the application is properly installed and that it has not been
deleted, moved or renamed".

Read more of the article Ms. Orland suggested. In particular, there is an
additional link that suggests a work-around to this problem. Sometimes,
though, the work-around fails as well.
