Way to change Off 2007 to classic interface?

Is there a way to change Office Professional to an older style classic
interface?

Any help you can give would be appreciated. Thank you.

Does AddInTools void the warranty? Can it be uninstalled if desired?

No it doesn't void the warranty but you may resolve any undesired side
effects by un-installing the 3rd party software, and reinstalling Office
if necessary.
