Working on a form project I trying to figure out if Infopath is the road to
go...
Our website is based on MSCMS and we are going to implement about different
100 forms to our users. Right now these forms are in .pdf and the problem
here is 1) the security, 2) the user can't save the forms for later use, 3)
the user can't submit these forms right into a database (at the moment -
knowing that JavaScript can handle this problem).
So we are looking at changing/redesigning all the forms, making users able
to save them for later use, sign them with a digital signature, and submit
them into a database.
I figure that we can do one of the following things:
1) make the forms as themplates in MSCMS, or
2) use Infopath together with WSS, or
3) Stay on the Adobe road
Our users use from Office 2000 and up and Acrobat 6.0.
The outcome from the forms could be XML.
Any comments would be app.
Thanks in advance
