Hi
I have to send an email to 3500 email addresses asking them to fill out a profile for online exposure. They won't consider it spam, its a b2b kind of thing. But I dont want to spend a fortune on CRM software either. It seems I could make a group in Entourage, mail to them, then keep track of responses in an excel spreadsheet, to ping the ones who didn't respond again in a week or two. But I suspect there is some great CRM software out there that would do this job for me much more efficiently.
Any suggestions much appreciated!
