WBS and "Zero" level

How can I delete/remove the level zero for WBS in PWA? There appears to be a
discrepancy between what we see in PWA & Professional

If you see a discrepancy between the Microsoft Project plan and PWA, you
need to click Collaborate - Publish - All Information to "push" the current
schedule to PWA. There is no way to remove the Project Summary Task (Row 0)
information in PWA. Hope this helps.
