WD2000 This document could not be registered...

Hello,

I have a MsWord 2000 (9.0.6926 SP3)

When Word starts this message appears:

"This document could not be registered. It will not be possible to
create
links from other documents to this document."

I must add, that I've been infected by Opaserv. Now everything is
clean except for this recurrent message.

Any hints ?
