When trying to open Word 2002 from the top of the start
menu, it will not open. It will only put a blank button on
the task bar like a program is open. I cannot close the
button by right clicking. If I do a ctrl-alt-del, it
says "Osa [not responding]". If I choose this and end
program, it will close the button. I can open Word from
start-menu - programs.
