We also have a slow openning

Hi,

I have just setup a new laptop for a user and he has only used this system
for one week and now he is having trouble with opening Word/Excel (2003). It
is very slow, once he has a document open the others will open quickly but
when he closes Word/Excel and try to open it again with no documents open its
takes so long to open.
