We are losing changes in CONTACTs TASK and NOTES

We are working with Outlook 2003(Clients in Citrix eviroment in Desktop W2K)
/ Exchange 2000 (Server) in W2K.

We are loosing changes in CONTACs and TASK and NOTES

In NOTES only save changes in “Subject lineâ€
In TASK only save changes in “Subject lineâ€
In CONTACTs save all but not the big field on the that have phone number on
the left.

Can you help me?
