We can no longer view the lines around Labels - how do we get back

When you are viewing the label format on your screen, there are lines showing
the margins, etc. These lines have disappeared and do not reappear when a
document is sent from another computer. A weekend employee has somehow
changed the default and deleted them from view. How do we get them back?

Troubleshooter, just remember that the sheet of labels is nothing more than a
table and behaves much the same way. To show the label or cell borders just
place the curser anywhere on the label sheet while in Word and look in the
upper left corner for a symbol to appear that looks like a box with a funny
looking plus sign inside it. Place the cursor over the symbol and the cursor
should change to look just like the funny plus sign, right mouse click and
select "Border and Shading" from the list and then select the tab that says
"Borders". The sheet has three vertical sections, the far right one is
called "Preview" and it will have several selectable boxes on the left and
bottom. Select the buttons that correspond to the lines you want to be
visible, when you finish select "OK". Remember that the preview is showing
four labels, not just one or you will have to repeat the process again to
finish up. That should do it, I hope this helps, good luck.
