We can't open a Visio 2002 drawing in Visio 2003 we get error (1)

We are able to open the drawing in 2002 so we know it is not a corrupted file.

HAs anyone had this problem and resolved if so how?

One idea is to save the Visio 2002 file as Visio-xml format (assuming you
still have Visio 2002 laying around...)

Might be worth a shot...
