weather component

My "MSNBC Weather" web component is not showing up on
some browers. All browsers are Internet Explorer 6. What
could be the problem?

Is the weather component a Java Applet? If so, the other machines may not
have the JVM which is required.

I tried placing a check in "Java console enabled" under
advanced options, but there was no change in webpage
behavior. Any other suggestions?

Is the Java Virtual Machine installed on those systems?
