Web Access Default Gantt View

Product: Project Server 2002

When going to admin -> customize -> Gantt Chart Formats, the title says
"Specify the bar styles and timescale for Gantt charts". However, I can not
find anything on how to change the default timescale. Our charts are
"zoomed" in too far, and we'd like to default to a wider time phase (ie,
quarterly instead of weekly). Is there a way to do this given the fact that
the UI doesn't allow it? Does Server 2003 fix this?

The title is erroneous. You cannot change the timescale in PWA views. You
can't change it in Project Server 2003 either. Sorry.

You can only change the timescale when you're using the view, not while
building it.

We actually found how to modify the InitZoomControls function to set a new
default zoom for the Gantt chart. Thanks for the replies, though!
