Web Access error: unable to allocate required memory

On clicking 'configure Microsoft Project server' I get the following
error:
The page cannot be displayed
unable to allocate required memory
/projectserver/global.asa, line 17

This same error also occurs when you choose Collaborate | Project
center from MSP 2002 Pro (yet pressing the test connection button
verifies the project server URL).
Does anybody have any ideas?

I installed Project Server etc yesterday, and it was working. Today I
turn on the machine and it doesn't!
All I did yesterday was to create a new user (using the link I am
trying to use), and turn off the machine...

Its a standalone box for evaluation purposes, so its also a PDC so as
to have authenticated logons.

Needless to say, this is halting our evaluation!
*Many* Thanks in advance.

Andy:

A couple of possibilities: Did you set the identities for COM+? You must
run the COM+ utility to establish the identities. The other possibility is
that you have anti-virus software that is scanning the global.asa file. If
that's the case, the answer is to exclude the global.asa file from the scan
routine.

As you're getting the same message in both instances, I suggest that you
select 'Show friendly HTTP messages' to get more description of the problem.
You can access this option in Internet Options, Advanced.
