Web Access Login failure

When logging into project server via web access, it
sporadically takes you back to a login prompt. This also
happens when you are already in the app and switching
between pages (i.e. Home, Updates, Status Reports, etc.).

This behavior indicates that you haven't configured your server or the
application properly or you're experiencing network problems. With more
information, we might help you troubleshoot this, however with the
information you've provided, we can only confirm that it's broken.
