WEB Access Problem - Install Problems?

I got a task, to implement an EPM solution at a Real Estate Company.
Cause cost cutting they installed it on a Windows SBS 2003 with their IT
providers, who hadn't got enough knowledge to configure it correctly - I
think.
The problem is that, I give the right permissions for the users and when I
point on a project name on PWA project central view page - with permissions
Administrator, by default - I got the message:

The project was not published by the project manager or there is no
information in the project for U.

Sorry about transalation, it is from the hungarian version! :)

The question is that, what should be the problem, Installation or
Configuration?

If U have any idea, please share with me!

Has the project been published from Project Professional? Collaborate >
Publish > All Information.

Yes it was published... On another istallation with the same steps and same
setting it worked.
I check the link, i will reply for it...
