Hello,
Is there a way for team members to report only actual
hours per day and to block them from reporting remaining
work?

Itzik,

Have you tried changing the setting in PWA for time reporting?

If not, assuimng you have administrative permissions, go to the administration portal and select Customize Project Web Access and under "specify the default method for reporting progress on tasks" choose the third option.

Another option would be to remove the "remaining work" column from the
timesheet view. Go to Admin - Manage Views. Highlight the Timesheet select
Modify View. Remove the "Remaining Work" from the Displayed View.
