Web Access - support functionality

Ho Ho... :)

I was wondering if anybody has experience of Web Access
support. Especially I would like to jump into other user's
boots - to see exactly what the user sees in WA. Does MS
provide this functionality in MSP/WA ? I know there are
other products in this fieldfor instance to grab the
user's workstation.

You'll need to continue to use the "other products" for this type of access.
Keep in mind that you can see what they see in their timesheets using the
View Resource Assignments view from the Resource Center in Project Web
Access.
