Web based common outlook

We want to use a common version of outlook based on the web that can be accessed from anywhere. all offices would use this as their daily work station and all offices would see the same inbox, sent box, etc. Every user would be able to see if a message was responded to, if it was unread, etc. We would also have a common calender, common contacts, tasks etc.

Do you have Exchange server? If so, you can use Outlook Web Access, and have
everyone log into the same mailbox after granting them permissions.
