Are you using MS Project Enterprise? If so, no question about it!
However, If not, and just want to put a schedule on a web page then there
are some options.
1) Do a screen capture of your plan using the MSP capture feature.
2) Print and output to .pdf (you need Acrobat Reader utility for that).
