I keep getting an error message every time I click on a web address in
an e-mail or hit the home key in the web toolbar. It's as if my
version of Outlook 2003 won't let me use any web functions without
first fixing some sort of setting.

I've gone just about crazy trying to figure out what setting I might
need to adjust so that I can use the web while in Outlook.

Can anyone help? If so, please let me know.

And what, exactly, does that error message say?

Hi Brian...

It says "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect
on this computer. Please contact your administrator."
