Web Collections Search Locations

I was wondering what the search location on the web is when you search web
collections from within office clipart search.

So what is the website address that the application is pointing to? I have a
proxy and need to allow this site. Searches are not completing and I have
tried office.microsoft.com and this does not work. Any ideas?
