web components FATAL ERROR

I am installing on Office 2003 sbs Add-on "Office Web Components" on
Windows XP, When I
try to install it a error "Fatal error".

I am installing

I have try this in selective start up, and in safe mode, but i get same
error.

I get the same error, after trying to run install of office web
components. Has someone any other idea what to do?

I installed web components from my office CD and it has install
successfully.
