Web Components not available

I have office 2003 installed on a server and the owc11.dll available in
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Components\11", but I am
not seeing "Microsoft Office 2003 Web Components" in Add/Remove programs.
Are the web components installed correctly?

Hi Jason,

The Web components can be installed as a download or as an option setting from your MS Office 2003 listing in Add/Remove Programs in
the Windows control panel. If they're installed as part of Office 2003 then you won't have a separate listing for them.
