web entry of actual start and finish dates are ignored

Hello,

I am unable to get Proj Server 2003 to recognize resource input into the
web-based time sheet. I have the resources enter % Work Complete, Actual
Start and Actual Finish. When I save the master schedule, only the % Work
Complete is saved. The Actual Start and Actual Finish dates are recalculated
by Proj to accommodate Duration field. Is there any way to have Proj modify
the Actual Duration and leave the % Work Complete, Actual Start, Actual
Finish and Duration fields unchanged as entered by the resources?
