Web Export incompatible with HTMLHelp Workshop?

I am creating some system documentation for our company's
product, however, I am unable to include exported VISIO
diagrams of our database table layout in a way that makes
it readable in the HTML Help viewer.

Requirement for the documentation is:
1) All VISIO Models must be scaleable.
2) The user must not be required to install any additional
viewers to see the models (CSS/HTML only)

I have used the "Save as webpage" option to store my VISIO
models as webpages, but even though they look fine in a
normal browser, once included in a HTMLHelp project, they
will not display.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as having a good
working database model in our software help package would
greatly add to the understanding of our system.

I'd recommend that you first check that all the required files are
being compiled into the .chm file. If you decompile the .chm file
(File > Decompile in HTML Help Workshop), do you recover all the files
required to display each Visio diagram? If necessary, you can add the
supporting files to the [FILES] list in the project (.hhp) file to
ensure that they are compiled into the .chm.
