Web form connected to database

Hello,

I am trying to make a guestbook form for my website, and I want the entries
to go into a database. I have the database set up and everything works with
the form, but I want the most current entry to be on top and it keeps going
to the last entry. Is there any way to fix this to make sure that the latest
entry is first?
