web-hyperlink does not work for others

I created a protected form in word that contains a hyperlink, uploaded
to the internet. The hyperlink works when I double click on it. But
it doesn't work for anyone else in the country. The macrobutton was
saved in the form, why can't anyone else open the link? HELP

I have 2003 word where I created the form. I uploaded through the
companies product login program. The website is for customers use to
view our terms and conditions for products they have purchased. and
yes we have a url for the company. Our tech department has tried to
figure why the macrobutton isn't working when it was saved to the doc.
I am the only one that can open the hyperlink from the url. Any help
you might be able to give me would be greately appreciated.
