Web is now read-only to all but my workstation

We have a web that was created in FrontPage. Recently the two people that
were accessing it via FrontPage have been locked out of changes because the
web is now read-only. If they go to Notepad it is read-only that way as
well.

At about the same time this happened I loaded Dreamweaver to look at
switching from FrontPage to Dreamweaver. My computer is now the only one
that can make changes to the web.

It may be coincidence, but does anyone know what I may have done to lock
everyone else out.
