web links in an email message

When i open an email up and go to click on a hyperlink I get the error
message thatthe operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on my
computer and the funny thing is I have no restrictions set that I know of.
How can I fix this problem?

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
