You really SHOULD include more details as to what happens (or doesn't)
when you try to do this...like, is there an error? HTML files,
hmmmm...are you using MS Word to view messages within Outlook?
I don't think this will help but: MS Word may require you to hold
Control key & then click the link.
1. When we do this, we get the following error
message: "Insufficient memory or system resources. Close
some of the windows or programs and begin again."
2. We are not using MS Word to view messages.
3. Control key & click doesn't work.
