when i view my web page in a different resolution it is scrambled. why?

It's hard to say - most likely it has something to do with the markup on the
page. Can you post a link to a page that scrambles?

Don't know what you mean by scrambled
- but many images / links don't show because you are using spaces in filenames as in search Library.htm which becomes
search%20Library.htm
Rename all your file names to remove all spaces and punctuation or replace the spaces w/ under_scores as in search_Library.htm
