Web page layout size

Hello do all the Experts out there,

When I save or select a "WebPages" I seem to get a strange
size. "VDA 6"X14" Creating within this size and checking
it on the browser, it is not a full screen. I am very new
at this, working with Publisher 2002 on windows XP PRO .

Any advise and help is greatly appreciated.
