When on the internet and I try to click on a subject--I get this notice---
"WEB PAGE UNAVAILABLE WHILE OFF LINE."
TO VIEW THIS PAGE CLICK CONNECT.
It shows a hand with a small circle and a diagonal line in the circle. Can't
connect to my subject.
