Web Parts Maintenance Page Error (PWA)

All,
I received the following error message in PWA:

An unexpected error has occurred.
Web Parts Maintenance Page: If you have permission, you can use this
page to temporarily close Web Parts or remove personal settings. For
more information, contact your site administrator.
Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint Services.

This is the user's first time looging into the site.

Help!

well the error is coming because someone has done some editing with the web.config file for PWA site. Find the web.config for PWA and restore it back to its original state
