If you are using Project Server? If so, in the future please post your
Project Server questions in the microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup,
as this newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Project desktop application
only. To answer your question:
1. If you are using Project Server 2002 or 2003, click Collaborate -
Publish - All Information.
2. If you are using Project Server 2007, click File - Publish.
