Web Query Error

I have created a spreadsheet that utilizes the Excel Web
Query function to go out and retrieve Weather Data from
weather.com. The spreadsheet works on most machines, but
has given errors on others. Recently, a co-worker was
using the spreadsheet to get the weather data and then IT
loaded internet explorer 6 on her machine and the excel
spreadsheet stopped working. Does anyone have any ideas
on where the problem might lie? I have checked some of
the security areas in IE6 and don't see anything that
stands out.

In IE, under Tool->Options->Advanced, uncheck the "Do not
save encrypted pages to disk" option, which is near the
bottom of the list.

This fixed a similar problem I had with queries from
Yahoo (even though there was no encryption involved!),
and with the inability to save some docs from other sites.

From what I can find, this option is simply supposed to
do what it says - prevent encrypted pages from being
saved in the web cache, but seems to have been broken at
some point to do lots of other undesirable things. Nobody
seems to know about it either. We must be the only two
people that ever turned it on :-(
