Bob
I am retrieving data from a web site using Excel's web query function.
This data is contained within one cell in an html table and is
formatted as follows:
A|B|C
A, B, C are html links on the web page and are separated with a "|",
and I want to preserve these links so that I may then perform another
web query to retrieve the data on these pages. I am able to retrieve
the cell containg A|B|C, which is then placed in one cell in Excel but
the html links are gone. I am preserving the web formatting, but it
does not work since there are 3 links going into one cell. I am able
to perform a "Text to Columns" using "|" as a delimiter and the A, B, C
are placed in separate columns, but the html links are still not
present.
Any idea how I can retrieve these html links in Excel?
