Web search shows strange result for website

Please help. I just created my first website and published it on the web.
However, when I type in my website in Google: www.incrediblehealth4u.com, I
receive the following result:
Index of /
widgets/ 26-Jun-2009 17:45 -. Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11
OpenSSL/0.9.7e mod_auth_pgsql/2.0.3 Server at incrediblehealth4u.com Port 80.
incrediblehealth4u.com/

What does this mean and how do I correct it? Appreciate any help you can
provide.

The google has last time visited your website on 23 November so probably in
that time you hadnt publish your pages. The only you have to do now is to
wait few days to revisit again your site and index it. You can speed the
process by adding a link to your website from a forum.

I'm not sure what you mean by adding a link to my website from a forum.
Could you explain?

Thank you.

Forums are indexed by google very fast, it has happened to me to add a link
in a high traffic forum for my new website and after 1-2 hours my website
appeared on google results. So what you need to do is just go to a forum that
you are member and write something like this..."this is my new website
http://www.incrediblehealth4u.com"

The link must be active.
