Web Server Not Available

We are receiving the message "web server not available." What causes this
and what is the cure. Many thanks!

It could indicate that your server has become inoperable. One of the
severeal hundred reasons for this might be that the log files on the SQL
server have overtaken the hard drive because backups failed and nobody
noticed. Without know more, this is the best SWAG I can muster.
