Is there a way that I can force the subject line from the
email link on my web site?

If I can have the subject line automatically filled in,
my anti-spam system will possibly allow the emails
through.

Yes, just setup the mailto link to look like the following:

mailto:www.yourcompanyname?subject=Subjecttext

Inserting mailto link into web pages "May be hazardous to you email". Mailto
links in web pages are mined by spam spiders inviting them to send you spam.
