What is the normal width that a web site should be? I know most users view
their computer at 800x600 so what is the relavant web page width?

I use "720". Many use "750" I make it a table and center in a 100% background,
so it's centered at any resolution, similar to:
http://www.att.net/
except I use a color in the background.
