Web Site Map: Don't want Duplicates

Is there a way to not show duplicates when you generate a Web Site Map using
Visio? We have a menu on every page, and the menu has about 20 items on it,
so for every page I get those 20 every time.
I know it greys them all out, but can I have it automatically ignore them?
